At Başkent University Adana Dr. Turgut NOYAN Practice and Research Hospital, the Pediatric Nephrology Department offers diagnosis and treatment for all kidney and urinary system diseases in children aged 0-18. Active dialysis and kidney transplant options are available for children with end-stage renal failure. The pediatric nephrology department collaborates in a multidisciplinary team effort with pediatric urology, transplant surgery, pathology, radiology, and immunology to provide the necessary facilities for patients.
Outpatient clinic, inpatient monitoring, hemodialysis, ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, and kidney transplant services are provided by specialist personnel at Başkent University Seyhan Hospital.
Patients monitored in the pediatric nephrology department receive hemodialysis in our center, which is equipped with highly modern, advanced technology. The training and monitoring of our peritoneal dialysis patients are conducted under the supervision of our expert staff. Additionally, kidney transplant options are also promptly offered to these patients.
Early diagnosis and treatment during childhood can prevent a significant portion of renal failure.
