Botulinum Toxin (Botox)

Botox is the most common aesthetic procedure worldwide. It is used to soften wrinkles that become prominent with facial movements (mimicry), aiming to reduce the effects of aging. It relaxes muscles, making wrinkles on the face less noticeable. It is especially used to reduce horizontal forehead lines, crow's feet (lines around the eyes), and vertical frown lines between the eyebrows. The goal is to achieve a younger and more rested facial expression. When performed regularly at certain intervals, it can prevent the development of permanent wrinkles on the skin. The effects of the procedure begin on the 3rd day after the application, peaking between the 10th and 14th days. The duration of effect is 4-6 months.

Filler Applications

With aging, there is a gradual decrease and displacement of subcutaneous tissues, leading to skin laxity, sagging, wrinkles, and volume loss on the face, resulting in an aged appearance. Filler applications are used to reduce these wrinkles and volume losses. They can be used to define lips, shape the nose, enhance cheekbones and jawline, fill under-eye hollows and nasolabial folds, add volume to cheeks and temples, and soften deep scars or indentations caused by acne or other reasons.

Laser Applications

Laser applications are medical procedures that use light heat to cause targeted tissue damage. Laser light is not carcinogenic. When applied by experts in appropriate doses, it is an effective and safe treatment method. In our cosmetic dermatology unit, laser applications are performed for skin rejuvenation, pore tightening, treating fine skin wrinkles, scars from burns, wounds, surgeries, acne scars, age spots, sun spots, and post-pregnancy stretch marks.

Micro-needling

Micro-needling is a procedure that involves applying extremely fine steel needles, ranging in length from 0.5 to 2.5 mm, to the skin using a special device. It can be performed with Dermapen, Dermastamp, Dermaroller, or roller. It is used for treating acne scars and blemishes, tightening pores, treating sun and pregnancy spots, rejuvenating the skin, reducing neck and décolletage wrinkles, sagging, lightening stretch marks, and treating hair loss.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

PRP is a plasma fluid obtained by processing the patient's blood through special procedures, where the platelet count is much higher than in the blood. This fluid is delivered to the subcutaneous layer using very fine needles or micro-needling. It is used for acne scars, facial rejuvenation, reducing wrinkles in the neck and décolletage area, tightening pores, lightening stretch marks, and treating hair loss. The duration of a PRP session is 15-30 minutes, with an interval of 2-4 weeks. The total number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the condition, usually ranging from 6 to 8 sessions.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a technique where hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes, either alone or in combination, are microinjected into the middle layer of the skin for various purposes. It is used for treating skin aging and sagging, acne, scars, pigmentation, sunspots, pore tightening, skin tone correction, stretch marks, hair loss, and reducing under-eye dark circles and bags. The duration of a mesotherapy session is 15 minutes, with an interval of 2-4 weeks. The total number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the condition, usually ranging from 4 to 8 sessions.

Youth/Hydration Injection Applications

These applications aim to achieve brighter, younger, smoother, and more vibrant skin by injecting a mixture of substances that the skin needs into the skin. Hydration injections, composed of hyaluronic acid, some minerals, and amino acids, are used for treating fine wrinkles, tightening pores, preventing sagging, rejuvenating, and hydrating the skin. The duration of an application session is 15 minutes, with an interval of 2-4 weeks. The total number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the condition, usually ranging from 1 to 4 sessions.

Radiofrequency Applications

Various radio

frequency cautery and cryotherapy procedures are performed in our cosmetic dermatology unit for different purposes.
